Heather, our host for the last week of 10 weeks competition has read my mind. On Monday, I just upload this photo below on my blogspot to represent my fav song.

Enjoy and join the fun here!

I Wish You Were Here

I dig my toes into the sand
The ocean looks like a thousand diamonds strewn
across a blue blanket
I lean against the wind, pretend that I am weightless
And in this moment I am happy
Happy

I wish you were here
I wish you were here
I wish you were here
I wish you were... here

I lay my head onto the sand
The sky resembles a back-lit canopy with holes punched in it
I'm counting UFO's, I signal them with my lighter
And in this moment I am happy
Happy

I wish you were here
I wish you were here
I wish you were... here
Wish you were here

The world's a rollercoaster
And I am not strapped in
Maybe I should hold with care
But my hands are busy in the air
Sayin

I wish you were here
I wish you were...
I wish you were here
I wish you were here
I wish you were... here
Wish you were here

Resep urapnya saya ambil dari blognya Riama, Joy of Cooking - DEkap.com. (Ri... dimanakah dirimu? Udah gak ngempi lagikah?)

Dyah, sukses ya untuk MFM #17 : Sayuran Hijau-nya. Ayoooo kita banyak-banyak makan sayuran hijau ;)

According to dictionarydotcom: Zest can be meant as a hearty enjoyment. I chosed this meaning to interpret this week theme of PPF "ZEST". Our host of the week is Cherie.

On my second visit to Paris, on the way to Eiffel Tower. I saw a lot of photographer sharing the beauty of it. They looked like having 5 legs! Yup, all were ready with their tripod.

Then to give a zest to my soul, I stood there and started to capture the night view of Eiffel Tower and Seine River. I didn't use my tripod since I had to be quick to catch up my family.

Wish you a beautiful weekend mates!

After missing 3 weeks of PPF, now I'm back. The reason I chose this photo not only because I miss her badly (she just left Germany to Indonesia yesterday, my tears are still falling down) but also because she is really a fast learner.

Her name is Sarah. Food photography is something new for her. She acknowledged it when seing me taking picture of the cake I baked. She found it interesting, that's why she asked me to let her try herself. Then I told her brief explanation on using the camera (where to push the shutter, to hold the camera and to see through viewfinder).

She is 5 years old. She wants to be a dentist in the future and a great photographer as well. Check her photos in this album: Like Auntie Like Niece.

I've been on and off in Multiply these couple of weeks. I've been busy with my study (since my advisor will return to his country for good and he gave me time only until the end of this month to finish my project) and busy with the housewarming party of my new appartment. And it's not over yet since next week my mom, sister and niece will come from Indonesia. They will stay with us for one month.

Oke enough with the blablabla thingy. Now let's talk about our beloved photo event, Picture Perfect Friday.

Our host of the week Heather, chose curves as the theme. It took me 30 minutes before I picked this picture. You can say that I'm not being creative, but what I can thing about curves is woman curve. At first I want to go tomorrow morning to do some candid in a crowd hoping to get the beautiful curve of a woman. But then I came accross to this picture. A siluet of woman curve taken in a hotel in Prague.

Then here I am, presenting you the curve of my best friend (don't worry, she gave me permission to publish it).

Cherie, this week host of Picture Perfect Friday, chose a very interesting theme: Summertime Fun.

Last Sunday, the Indonesian Student in Bremen had a BBQ party that took place at Werdersee (it is a river). Since it's summertime fun during springtime, so I'll cheat *LOL*

At the first photo you can see how some people enjoying the weather by sunbathing. I really wish that I had a good zoom lens ;)

Alhamdulillah... seneng banget judulnya, rasa capek langsung hilang begitu tau menang.

Kalo ngikutin kata hati mah, saya lagi males banget motret makanan... moodnya hilang.

Ya udah, bikin salad aja deh... kebetulan semua bahannya komplit (maklum, wajib buat si Tukang Dongeng makan salad tiap harinya, sementara istrinya wajib makan mie instant, hihihihi).

Have Brunch #2: Spring Has Sprung hosted by Pepy.

"Cepaaaaaaaaa..........."

Seolah belum puas berbicara berjam-jam ditelpon (memanfaatkan fasilitas flatrate saya), kami masih menyambungnya lewat YM, sampai-sampai para suami kompak bilang begini:

Na...
hari ini aku kembali merindukanmu
sama seperti hari kemarin dan kemarin dulu
aku rindu teriakanmu
aku rindu tertawamu

Na...
tadi aku melihat pernak-pernik berwujud sapi kesukaanmu
dan itu membuat rinduku semakin biru
cepat online lagi ya cinta..

Cherie, the host of this week PPF has chosen Safe as the theme. Interesting, right? At first I wanted to go around Bremen to hunt for something that can represent it. But too bad, the weather today is bad, no sun and the wind velocity is high. Better to stay at home, safe and sound :)

I always lose my mood when it's cold. It happened during my week-end trip to Berlin. It was cold and snow. It's supposed to be spring, but it's snow! My mood to take picture drop to zero. But since I had to suffer 6 hours to go to Berlin, I pushed myself to take some. You can see them in my album Berlin: Loosing My Mood

This is a traffic light that you can find only in former German Democratic Republic (GDR - East Germany) area. It called Ampelmännchen (little traffic light man). It looks cool for me, that's why I captured it. When the green Ampelmänchen is on, it means we are safe to cross the street.

Description:

Gak pake kemiri aja udah enak gitu yah, apalagi pake kemiri, hihihi. Next time kalo bikin pake kemiri ahhhhhh ;))

Sumber Resep: Soto Mie, Mbak Esther.

Resep risolnya akan saya posting terpisah, biar gak kepanjangan ;)

Posting terkait: 3 Jam di Dapur untuk MFM #14

1 kg daging sapi bagian kaki

4 lembar daun salam
Gula dan garam secukupnya

Tomat, iris sesuai selera
Bawang putih goreng
Bawang merah goreng
Daun bawang kering
Air perasan jeruk limau
Kecap manis
Saus sambel
Cuka palem

Bikin risolnya juga gampang, cuma lamanya ituloh... lama bikin kulitnya, udah gitu panci teflon saya adanya diameter 28 (yg biasa utk bikin risol udah saya buang), jadinya gak beraturan gitu... kadang terlalu tipis, kadang ketebelan, hihihi. But overall, si Tukang Dongeng suka banget risolnya, bahkan dicemilin sama dia :D

Soto mienya gimana? Soto mienya gak usah ditanya deh, wong saya dapat resep dari suhu dunia kuliner yaitu Mbak Esther yang beberapa hari sebelumnya sempet posting resepnya. Bener-bener deh itu soto mie rasanya juara, beneran kayak soto mie abang-abang (lebih enak malah), te-o-pe-be-ge-te-es-ka-el.

Gak percaya? Kami bertiga kemarin ended-up kekenyangan... mana risolnya gendut-gendut lagi ;)

Mbak Esti, resepnya dan imel-nya besok aja ya... sekarang pengen semedi dulu cari ide buat mulai beresin rumah yang semakin berantakan udah yaaaaa ;)

If it's not my love for Pepy (bukan gombal loh Pep), I wont force myself to go to the supermarket last night to buy tomatoes, bread (Brötchen) and melt cheese (Sahne Käse) and smoked turkey (butter and sambal Lampung are always available in my kitchen) to make sandwich for the new food photography's event called Let's Have Brunch hosted by her. This is a weekly event, and this week theme is: Be Creative With Your Sandwich.

At first, I didn't want to join since I'm not good in food styling and am not a big fan of sandwich (I ate sandwich only when I didn't have much time). But then I thought, by joining this event, I can learn about food styling and food photography from others. So, I gave myself a try and ended up with 48 pictures of my sandwich :))

I took the pictures at 9 in the morning while making Kue Lapis for Pengajian. So every 10 minutes, I had to go to the kitchen to layer my Kue Lapis :))

These sandwich were our almost brunch (me and si Tukang Dongeng ate it at 11). He said that the idea of using melt cheese instead of sliced cheese was great while sambal Lampung made it perfect.

Inspired by the beautiful words written by Heather, the host of this week PPF, I picked this photo as my entry for PPF: Fragile.

When I saw lovers hugging so passionately through the view finder along the Rhine River, I was touched. Directly I pushed my shutter to capture that lovely moment.

A relationship is fragile when we don't take a good care of it. Understanding each other and compromising are needed to manage the relation while trust and respect will make it stronger. Love is not only to take, but to give in return as well. Those things together with a passionate kiss and a warm hug, will keep it from broken.
